Here we have our Composite Door corner sample

It's to 155 mm external cill.
The sample is available for you to handle, please contact us
What we hope to show you here is the fact that the glass "sight lines" are not level.
Cast you eyes to the upper part of the window and you'll see that the glass is not level from left to right.
This is because the glass unit on the right is within the opening part of the window whereas the unit on the left is held within the window outer frame.
In some older properties the sight lines follow through both horizontally and vertically and to replicate this we would need to insert a non opening sash into each fixed position.
Because they don't open we call them "Dummy Sashes" and would be supplied without the handle or handle fixing holes. Please click on the picture "Dummy Sashes" to see the effect.
Here we have a Box Gutter approx. 7.5 meters long.
This one is being used to attach a conservatory to a single story dwelling and if you look at the right hand side of the gutter you'll notice the abstand of about 300 mm which gives a better pitch for the roof and of course more head room. As these gutters are generally fitted level there will inevitably be a small amount of water lying in them. Possibly need cleaning out every few years as does ordinary guttering.
This is the standard mechanism for opening conservatory roof lights.
Operated with a cranked pole and available in gold effect or chrome finish.
Electric openers are also available
Pole for opening conservatory roof vent.
Available it gold effect or chrome finish
